• Household income must be at least 3 times the monthly lease amount.

• Applicants must be able to show positive rental history for last 24 months, with no evictions or lease-related judgements.

• All Properties are Non-Smoking.

•  

• The $45 application fee can be paid through this website with an electronic check or Visa/MC.

•  

• Security deposit paid at the time you are approved in the form of a cashier's check or money order. This holds the property for you until your lease begins.

• Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, or one and a half times one month's rent, depending on background of applicant(s).

•  

• All rent payments may be made through the Tenant Portal with an e-check or credit card.

•
