- Household income must be at least 3 times the monthly lease amount.

- Applicants must be able to show positive rental history for last 24 months, with no evictions or lease-related judgements.

- All Properties are Non-Smoking.

- The $45 application fee can be paid through this website with an electronic check or Visa/MC.

- Security deposit paid at the time you are approved in the form of a cashier's check or money order. This holds the property for you until your lease begins.
- Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, or one and a half times one month's rent, depending on background of applicant(s).

- All rent payments may be made through the Tenant Portal with an e-check or credit card.
